Contact Well Stockd
One address reaches a person: support@wellstockd.com. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it. Expect a reply within two business days, and sooner for anything involving food safety or billing.
What to write about
- Support and bug reports
- Anything the app did that it should not have, or did not do that it should. Include the screen you were on and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough to find it in the logs.
- Billing, refunds and cancellation
- You can cancel Pro yourself at any time from Settings, and cancelling leaves the rest of the billing period intact. Email if something looks wrong on a charge and it will be sorted out.
- Food-safety corrections
- These are treated as urgent and ahead of everything else. If an article states a storage time, a temperature or a safety claim you believe is wrong, say which page and what the correct guidance is — a link to the USDA, FSIS or FoodKeeper source is ideal but not required. Corrections are made publicly on the article, not quietly.
- Press, partnerships and data requests
- Including requests to reuse the printable charts. Those are free to print, post and share with attribution, so in most cases no permission is needed at all.
Reporting an error in an article
Well Stockd publishes food-storage and food-safety guidance, so getting a number wrong has real consequences in someone’s kitchen. If you spot one, the fastest useful report is three lines: the page URL, the claim you think is wrong, and what you believe the correct guidance is.
Verified corrections are applied to the article itself and the page’s modified date is updated, so the change is visible rather than silent. The reasoning behind that is on the editorial policy page.
What this address cannot do
It cannot give personal medical, dietary or allergy advice, and it cannot tell you whether one specific item in your fridge is safe to eat — nobody can do that from an email. When food safety is genuinely in question, the honest answer is the USDA’s: when in doubt, throw it out.
