Plan the week, then send the list to a Walmart or Kroger cart
Well Stockd is a meal planner that starts from what’s already in your kitchen. Plan the week, put what’s missing on the list, and send it to a Walmart or Kroger cart you check before checkout.

Plan from what you have
Put recipes on a weekly planner with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Every recipe shows whether you can make it with what’s in your kitchen or how many items it’s short, so you can fill the week from food you already own. Drag a meal to move it; drop it on a taken slot and the two swap. Leftovers can go on the plan for another night, and each day shows nutrition totals for what you planned.
On Pro, plan up to eight weeks ahead in a month view, save weeks to reuse, set rules such as pizza on Fridays, and let Pick for me fill a week from your kitchen, with or without AI.

A list of only what you’re missing
From any recipe, Add missing puts the ingredients you don’t have on the shopping list. On Pro, the whole week’s plan becomes one list with the amounts you need, minus what’s already in the kitchen. The list sorts into your store’s aisle order, adds up the prices you enter, and checks off without a signal in the store.
Keep a separate list for each store if you like: two lists on Free, as many as you want on Pro.

Walmart: a filled cart you check first
Choose Send list to Walmart. Well Stockd matches each item to Walmart products and shows alternates you can swap in. Pick your store by ZIP code for pickup or delivery, or skip that for shipping. When the matches look right, Walmart opens in a new tab with the cart filled, and you check out there with your own Walmart account. Well Stockd never sees your Walmart password.
Kroger: items added to your Kroger cart
Connect your Kroger account once, on Kroger’s own sign-in page. Choose a store to search, and Well Stockd shows Kroger products for each item on your list, with prices, so you can pick a product, a quantity, and pickup or delivery. The items you choose go into your Kroger cart, and anything without a match stays on your Well Stockd list. Kroger uses the cart store set in your Kroger account, so confirm it before you check out on Kroger’s site.
You can disconnect Kroger in Well Stockd at any time. Your Kroger account and its cart stay as they are.
Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods: a list to review
For Amazon, Well Stockd sends up to 30 items from your list to an Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods Market page. Amazon picks the products there, and you review them and add what you want to your cart. It doesn’t fill a cart for you, and Amazon may swap products or not deliver to your address.
After the shop
Check items off as you go. Put away then moves what you bought into your kitchen, so next week’s plan starts from the right stock. Items you sent to Kroger are marked on the list, so you know what’s already in that cart.
Fresh food you put away gets an estimated date, and a reminder before it’s due.
What’s free and what’s Pro
Free covers planning the current week by hand, Add missing from any recipe, the shopping list with aisle order, prices and offline use, two shopping lists, and sending the list to Walmart, Kroger or Amazon.
Pro adds planning up to eight weeks ahead with a month view, saved weeks, planner rules, Pick for me with or without AI, the week’s list from the plan in one step, unlimited shopping lists and one shared kitchen for up to six people. Pro is $7.99 a month or $79 a year, and every account gets 7 days of Pro free when it confirms its email, with no card.
What it doesn’t do
- It doesn’t place orders or check out for you. You always finish on the store’s site.
- It doesn’t compare prices between stores.
- Carts go to Walmart and Kroger, and Amazon gets a list rather than a cart. For any other store, copy or share the list.
- Well Stockd can add items to your Kroger cart but can’t take them out. Remove anything you don’t want on Kroger’s site.
- Product matches can be wrong or out of stock, which is why you check each one.
- It doesn’t show coupons, weekly ads or sale prices.
- The store hand-offs are for US stores.

Questions
Is there a meal planning app that sends your grocery list to Walmart?
Yes. In Well Stockd, plan your meals, then choose Send list to Walmart. You check each matched product, and Walmart opens with the cart filled. It’s free.
Can I send my shopping list to my Kroger cart?
Yes. Connect your Kroger account once, check the product matches, and Well Stockd adds the items you picked to your Kroger cart. You check out on Kroger’s site.
Is there a free weekly meal planner that includes a grocery list?
Yes. Well Stockd’s free plan covers this week’s planner, a shopping list you fill from each recipe’s missing ingredients, and the Walmart, Kroger and Amazon hand-offs. Pro turns a whole week’s plan into one list in a single step and plans up to eight weeks ahead.
Do I have to give Well Stockd my store password?
No. Walmart and Amazon open in your browser, where you sign in to them yourself. Kroger is connected on Kroger’s own sign-in page, so Well Stockd never sees that password either.
Which other stores does it work with?
Carts go to Walmart and Kroger, and Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods Market gets a list to review. For any other store, copy or share the list, or take it with you: it keeps your aisle order and checks off without a signal.
