Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Well Stockd at wellstockd.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

Well Stockd helps you track kitchen inventory, browse and save recipes, plan meals, and build a shopping list. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide an email you control, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no scraping or automated abuse, and nothing that infringes others’ rights.

Your content

The recipes, inventory, plans and lists you add are yours. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you to operate the Service. You’re responsible for the content you add.

Recipe catalog

The Service includes a catalog of recipes provided for personal, non-commercial use. It’s offered as-is and may change.

Walmart & affiliate links

When you send your shopping list to Walmart, we use affiliate links and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Product matches, prices, availability and fulfillment are provided by Walmart and may be inaccurate or change; your purchase is governed by Walmart’s own terms. We’re not responsible for Walmart transactions.

Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Supabase, Vercel and Google. Your use may also be subject to their terms.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipe, nutrition or product information is accurate. Use your own judgment, especially around allergies and dietary needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Well Stockd won’t be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, try to give notice.
