Delete your Well Stockd account

Use this page if you can’t sign in, or would rather not. Enter the email address on your account and we’ll send a link to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you open that link.

Can you sign in? You can also delete your account in Settings → Your data.

What deleting does

• We delete your account, kitchen, recipes and their photos, lists, plans, reminders, receipts, and connections to AI assistants and stores.
• Any Pro subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for unused days or unused AI top-ups.
• We keep payment, refund and dispute records (date, amount, currency, status and the payment provider’s reference) for seven years, for tax and accounting.
• Deletion usually takes minutes and always finishes within 30 days.
• If you own a household that other people use, sign in and remove them first. If you can’t sign in, email support@wellstockd.com and we’ll help.
