Referral & rewards program terms

These terms govern Well Stockd’s referral, Post & Earn, and switcher rewards (the “program”). Rewards are stacked, expiring months of Well Stockd Pro — never cash, discounts, or lifetime access. Using the program means you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Well Stockd account.
  • One account per person. Creating extra accounts, or farming a household to manufacture referrals, does not qualify.
  • You may not reward yourself: signups from your own addresses or devices are excluded, and disposable-email domains are barred from attribution.

Referrals & activation

Each account gets a personal invite link. A friend who signs up through your link starts on a 60-day Pro trial instead of the standard 7-day trial. Attribution is first-touch and applies only to accounts that are new to Well Stockd.

You earn Pro time when a referred friend activates, not when they sign up. A friend is activated once they verify their email and either add 5 or more items to their kitchen or finish their first cook, all within 30 days of signing up. Until then the reward is held as pending. Household invites count as referrals and use the same activation test.

How rewards work

Rewards extend your Pro expiry date, stacking on top of any time you already have. There is no cap on how many referrals you can earn from, but your banked Pro time can never run more than 60 months into the future at once. Earned time is tied to your account and has no cash value.

Post & Earn

You can earn additional Pro time by posting about Well Stockd on TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, or YouTube. Rewards are for the act of posting — never for views, likes, followers, or any other metric. We reward the post regardless of what it says: honest positive and negative posts qualify equally.

  • Disclosure is required and unavoidable. Every rewarded post must include, in the first line and not hidden behind a “more” link, the disclosure “Well Stockd gives me free months of Pro for sharing this #ad” (or a clear equivalent). Video posts need it both spoken and on-screen. You must also turn on the platform’s own paid-partnership tool (Instagram/Facebook Paid Partnership label, TikTok’s branded-content toggle, YouTube’s paid-promotion checkbox). We verify disclosure before crediting; posts without it earn nothing.
  • Your account must be at least 90 days old with at least 100 followers, and the post must stay live for at least 14 days. Deleting it early forfeits the reward and may reverse it.
  • One rewarded post per platform per calendar month.
  • Reddit and review platforms (including Trustpilot and Google) are never eligible for rewards, under any format.

Switcher offer

If you are coming from Cooklist, Mealime, or SuperCook, you can claim 3 free months of Pro. This is a one-time, honor-system offer per account and is part of the founding-window promotion described below.

Founding window

During the founding window, through October 15, 2026, referral and Post & Earn rewards are doubled. The applicable rate is the rate in effect when a reward vests, not when the action was taken. After the window closes, standard rates apply automatically.

Fair use & anti-fraud

You may not run paid advertising against your referral link or on branded terms, use bots, bulk or incentivized signups, or otherwise game the program. We may withhold, revoke, or cancel rewards — including retroactively — for fraud, abuse, misuse, or gaming, at our sole judgment, and may suspend accounts involved.

Changes to the program

Earned time is always honored — Pro months already credited to your account will not be taken away because the program changed. We may change, pause, or end the program, and adjust reward rates for future actions, at any time.

Privacy

To credit rewards, we record who referred whom: when you sign up through an invite link we store the inviting account’s referral code and the relationship between the two accounts. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
